 We offer a complete demolition and strip-out package utilising the safest and most environmentally friendly techniques available. Every project, regardless of size or complexity is given the same standard of service to ensure complete satisfaction to our client.  

 When traditional demolition is deemed unsuitable we are able to undertake dismantling methods to ensure a safe and controlled completion of the project. Dismantling is undertaken in areas where demolition is impractical and where structures are in confined locations or as part of refurbishment of a building where the structure requires alterations. 

We have extensive experience in the stripping out of commercial properties and preparing buildings ready for redevelopment and/or refurbishment. This includes the removal of floor coverings, internal walls and floors, ceilings, door fixtures and fittings, staircases etc. Wherever possible and subject to practicality we try to salvage and reclaim material for re-use. 

Hutchinson Demolition & Dismantling Ltd can arrange for asbestos surveys to be carried out in a wide range of areas and environments in order for the legal obligations to be fully complied with in regards to asbestos management or for refurbishment and demolition project. Asbestos management survey’s are undertaken to ascertain whether ACM’s (Asbestos Containing Materials) are present within the structure. This provides for the taking of sample material suspected of containing asbestos for analysis by a UKAS accredited third party. The results will determine what action needs to be taken, if any, to ensure your business complies with current HSE legislation. A refurbishment or demolition asbestos survey is undertaken to ascertain whether any material that is found to contain asbestos can be removed prior to any works commencing to ensure the safety of all workers engaged on the project and that all current HSE legislation is adhered to. 

We will undertake the removal of asbestos using the latest removal techniques in full compliance with current HSE legislation and guidance. All asbestos removal work is carried out by experienced and fully trained staff with all necessary paperwork produced and submitted to the HSE for the works to be undertaken. We undertake Non-Licensed asbestos removal. i.e. We can offer a full package for removal of old style garage roof with replacement profile sheet roof normally within the same day, subject to conditions. 

Hutchinson Demolition we provide both skills training and Health and Safety accreditation to maintain a dedicated and industry compliant labour work force.

The company constantly strives to improve the image of the industry both in management procedures and site performance, with industry accreditations of CHAS, Constructionline and Safe Contractors approval. The company carries a Public Liability Indemnity of £10million. 

We are also members of the NDTG (national demolition training group).
